July 16 My Trip 2 SEOUL SOUTH KOREA BY MYSELF
I haven't been to Korea for 13years but in easter 2005 31stMarch I took an 11days trip to Seoul Leaving Thursday night from London Heathrow and Arrived in Seoul Friday late afternoon. But Arrived back in London the following Sat 9thApril same day but UK 5or6ish?
I flew non-stop flight on Asiana Airlines. But I was so Blessed to set next to a cool 23yr old LadyCalled Soung Hee An fashion/house designer... We became on flight friends which was cool as i had sum 1 to chat to. We both listen to tunes on My I-POD!! We had the same taste in Music Rock Indie Funk Soul.... We chated away and than time pasted I arrived in Seoul Incheon Airport.
Looked very clean and Futuristic.... Well a friend of mum picked me up and i had dinner with him @ an posh hotel buffet Calle Building63. I had about 5plate's of SUSHI and 5 Plates of Korean Food And loads of Korean rice cakes. After that he drove to Hanam City where i was staying for the first few nights. I might me brother and sis-in-law Nephew and Niece...
We went to loads cool places to eat and shop. We went to a ool cafe we had Parkbean su. It's a bowl of crushed ice with sweet red bean's, sum fruit, rice cake cube's and korean soya bean ice cream.... It was Heavenly mouth watering better than a Starbucks or Smootie. SHockin"* But True!
Me bro and sis -in-law got me a cool Digital camera.. But in Korea u call the Dickers! LOLs
Oh we went to a cool funky theme park Called EVERLAND.........
After geting to know me bro and sis-in-law and my nephew and niece. I stayed @ mums friends house who's daughter took me out. To meet with her Korean friends. We went eating shopping movie sight seeing... But the Coolest was Shopping @ Dongdae Moon where the markets popen from 11pm until about5am... Afeter th@ we went to a Bar in ITEAWON This is where most of the western people live lost of American's. It was cool but we did not like the vibe so we moved to another venue but we met up with more people .@ a 24hr internet cafe how MAd people in Korea don't sleep hehe. But we fount a cool funky place where we chatted and had korean Booze!! Oh I was so HAPPY TO FIND HILLSONG UNITED LOOK TO ALBUM IN A NORMALLY BOOK ?MUSIC STORE. WHere iI got my copy it was only about £7s.

 I welcome u to world of Krazy Xtreme sports and lifestyle.I have recently discover La Parkour aka Freerunning. Sum say it's a sport or just a new way to walk but having a flow to it.
What freerunners do is move like Martial arts people, Matrix and Spiderman but without the SFX or Wires surrporting u. Sounds Strange but true.
Well u might of seen channel 4's Jump London or Jump Britain if not here's a quick info..> Pk is basically the art of movement where u use objects around ur urban surrouns and find a new way to travel. It encompasses of running, jumping, leaping, vaulting and climbing.. Sounds Cool, so basically instead of going down the stairs u would jump down them.
